The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed Planned Development Area at 370 West First Street located in the South Boston Waterfront neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed project and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A open to the public.
The following description was provided by the Proponent:
The proposed PDA development at 370 West First Street would redevelop a 1.97-acre fee-simple portion of the Reserved Channel Development project site owned by the Proponent. The broader Reserved Channel Development project site includes additional land leased from the Massachusetts Port Authority (“Massport”), which is not included within this portion of the proposal and would not be subject to the zoning established by this proposed PDA. The proposed development within this PDA would include approximately 312,000 square feet of gross floor area, including approximately 287 residential units, approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-level active uses, and indoor and outdoor amenity space.
